Rewards Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 11, 2023 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PURA REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

1. THE PROGRAM

All participants in the Pura Rewards Program (“Program”) will accrue loyalty points (“Points”) as set forth below. This Program is in place to show appreciation for owner engagement and provide additional value to Pura subscribers.


2. TERMS

Pura may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), and other information relating to the Pura Rewards Program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at www.pura.com. These Terms  apply to your access to, and participation in, the Program in the United States. 

Pura reserves the right to change or modify these Term policies, FAQ, and/or guidelines pertaining to Pura Rewards, and the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes or modifications will be made effective with an advanced notice and will be posted on our website at  www.pura.com. You hereby agree to waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications and your continued access to, or participation in the Program following any such changes or modifications, confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop accessing and participating in the Program.


3. PARTICIPANTS

The Program is open to any person resident of the United States who is age 18 (eighteen) or over and has initiated a personal account via the website and has provided data required in the registration form (i.e. name, surname, e-mail, address, password, etc) in an accurate, correct, complete and truthful way (hereinafter the “Member” or the “Members”). Participation in the program is free and requires the full acceptance of these Terms. 

Participation in the Program is forbidden to Members who have used accounts that are not in compliance with Pura’s policies or used automatic systems or robots aimed at simulating the required human interaction necessary. Corporations and/or entities cannot be enrolled as Members.

Only one person may be enrolled per Pura account.

Members may not maintain more than one Pura account.

 4. EARNING POINTS

Members will start earning Points on every eligible activity (“Eligible Activity”) made by the Member.  Any limitations and/or exclusions on what constitutes an eligible activity for the purpose of accumulating Points will be presented periodically to Members through banners on the website.

Such activity may include:

  • Following Pura on social media accounts such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and more
  • Writing a product review
  • Taking a survey
  • Birthday celebration
  • Referring a friend
  • Purchasing through a subscription plan

 

5. REDEEMING POINTS

Points may be redeemed on www.pura.com in accordance with the set value of 400 points being equivalent to $10. At checkout, you have the option to use Points to save money on your order. You can use Points in increments of 200, with a maximum of 800 total at checkout. You will have the option to choose the amount of Points you would like to use during checkout.


6. POINTS EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise noted, Points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible activity and expire after six (6) months of inactivity. For example, if you earn Points on April 15, 2023 and show no Pura eligible activity for 6 months, they will expire on October 15, 2023. The oldest accrued Points will be used first for redemptions. You can view and track your Point balance as well as all additional Member benefits at www.pura.com.


7. RETURNS

If a Member properly returns, consistent with the Website Terms and Conditions, a product that the Member purchased by credit card or other electronic payment on the Website and for which the Member received Points, the Member will receive a full refund of the purchase price but the purchase will not be eligible for Points. Any Points previously awarded in connection with that purchase will be removed from your account.

8. FORFEITURE OF ACCOUNT

Pura reserves the right to deactivate or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent activity occurs
  • Member requests an account closure
  • Member is deceased
  • Member does not respond to repeated communication attempts regarding the status of their account
  • Member resides in or relocates to a country where membership is prohibited under applicable law
  • Member violates the Terms of Use
  • Audit

Pura reserves the right to audit Members’ accounts at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with the Terms.


9. PRIVACY

The personal data of the Members shall be processed in accordance with Pura’s Privacy Policy, https://www.pura.com/pages/privacy-policy


10. GOVERNING LAW
The Program and these Program Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah notwithstanding any conflict of law rules.  The Member and Pura agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to the Program will be brought in the federal or state courts of Utah County, Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law of any other jurisdiction.  Both the Member and Pura consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pura and it’s officers, directors, employees and suppliers in charge of the activities related to the Program from and against any claim or cause of action arising from the participation in the Program, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors related to the operation of the Program; (b) errors in the administration of the Program; (c) printing errors; (d) telephone system, computer and/or internet failures; and/or (e) late, lost, misdirected or undelivered mail. 

Pura shall not be responsible for any events which are beyond its control and that might prevent the Members from participating in this Program or from redeeming Points.  In the event that an irregularity in any participation in the Program has been detected, Members will no longer be allowed to redeem points.
