Returns and Exchanges Policy

Fragrance Exchange

Customers can exchange any fragrance for another of their liking within 30 days of the delivery date.

To process a fragrance exchange, visit our Returns and Exchanges portal.

Fragrances can be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value, or if exchanging for one of greater value the customer pays the difference.

We ask that you send back any exchanges of three or more fragrances if they are unused or unopened.

Each fragrance can be exchanged one time.

Gift cards cannot be refunded, if the customer chooses to exchange for store credit.

Returns and Refunds

Customers can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.  

To request a return, visit our Returns and Exchanges portal.

Recurring subscription orders are final when the order is processed (charge date) and will not be refunded, cancelled, or altered. Any assistance in changing the order must be requested before the order is processed.

We require that you remove all opened or used fragrances before shipping it back to us. Shipping opened or used fragrances may result in a partial refund.

Pura reserves the right to exclude refunds on any orders with free product from discount promotions.

Gift cards are not eligible for a return or refund.

Device Warranty

We offer a one-year device warranty for our customers, and a lifetime warranty for Pura subscribers.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse of the device such as leaving the fragrances in while the device isn’t upright.

Devices eligible for a replacement may include cases such as a burnt fuse, internal leaking damage, damage in shipment, fire damage, etc.
