Returns and Refunds
Rules aren’t super fun (that’s why we have as few as possible), but here are the few we do have:
- We can offer refunds on returned products up to 30 days after the delivery date. To start a return, visit our Returns and Exchanges portal.
- Don’t worry about returning opened or used fragrances—if you don’t love a fragrance you got, let us know and we’ll send you something else!
- Recurring subscription orders are normally final when the order is processed (aka on the charge date) BUT if something happens and you’re not 100% cool with it, let us know and we’ll work with you.
- We proooobably won’t give you a refund on something we gave you for free or at a discount. Worth a shot to ask, though! ;)
- We can’t give refunds for gift cards, sorry!
Diffusers come with a one-year warranty. Pura subscribers are upgraded to a lifetime warranty on diffusers.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not diffuser abuse. (Playing football with your diffuser with fragrances inside is considered abuse.)
- Diffusers eligible for a replacement may include cases such as a burnt fuse, internal leaking damage, damage in shipment, fire damage, etc.
- If you’re pretty sure you qualify for a diffuser replacement, reach out to Customer Support.
