Contact us through our chat if you would like to process a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
We will provide shipping labels and we require that you remove the fragrances before you ship it back to us. Leaving the fragrances in the device and shipping it to us will receive no refund.
Recurring orders are FINAL when the order is processed (charge date) and will not be refunded, cancelled, or altered. Any request to change the order from our support team must be made at least 24 hrs prior to the order date, although the customer may make changes at any time before the order is processed.
We reserve the right to exclude refunds on any orders with free product from discount promotions.
Holiday gift returns with purchase dates between 11/1 - 12/31 will be accepted until 1/31
